What kind of clothing do you sell?

We specialize in new and pre-loved designer fashion for women and men. Our curated collections feature top brands from Revolve, Rent the Runway, SKIMS, Essentials, Aritzia, Reformation, and other popular designer and contemporary labels. Each item is carefully inspected and selected for style, quality, and condition.

Are all items authentic?

Yes. Every piece we offer is 100% authentic and sourced only from trusted, verified suppliers, resale partners, or directly from brands and authorized distributors.

Are items new or used?

Our shop features a mix of brand-new and gently pre-loved items, all in excellent or near-mint condition. Each listing clearly states the item’s condition in the product description.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Because many of our styles are limited or one-of-a-kind, restocks are rare. However, we frequently add new arrivals — so check back often or follow us on social media for updates.

Do you offer men’s clothing too?

Yes! While we focus primarily on women’s fashion, we also carry a select line of men’s apparel, especially popular styles from Fear of God Essentials and other contemporary brands.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

How fast will my order ship?

We ship the same or next business day, Monday through Saturday.
Orders placed on Sundays or holidays ship the next business day, since USPS and UPS are closed.

Which carriers do you use?

We ship primarily through USPS and UPS, depending on package size, weight, and destination.
All orders include tracking information once shipped.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes — expedited or priority shipping options are available on most orders during checkout.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped directly from our fulfillment center in New York, USA.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we currently ship within the United States only.

💳 Returns & Cancellations

What is your return policy?

All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Because many items are pre-loved or one-of-a-kind, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has been processed.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We can cancel or modify orders before shipment only. Once tracking information is issued, the order cannot be changed or canceled.

How do I know if an item will fit?

Each listing includes detailed size information and measurements whenever possible.
If you’re unsure, please contact us before purchasing and we’ll help with specific fit guidance.

Do you offer try-ons or local pickup?

We operate as an online-only boutique and currently do not offer local pickup or try-on appointments.
