At Runway Refined, we know how important it is to receive your order quickly and safely. We take pride in offering fast, reliable shipping and carefully packaging every item to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.
1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped the same or next business day after payment is received.
Orders placed Monday through Saturday are processed promptly.
Orders placed on Sundays or federal holidays will ship the following business day, as USPS and UPS do not operate on those days.
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS (United Parcel Service).
The carrier used depends on the order’s weight, size, and delivery location.
Typical services include:
USPS Ground Advantage(2 – 5 business days)
USPS Priority Mail (1 – 3 business days)
UPS Ground or 3-Day Select (for heavier or high-value orders)
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery time begins once the order has shipped.
Domestic (U.S.) orders: generally arrive within 2 – 5 business days.
Expedited shipping: available on select orders during checkout.
Delivery time may vary during peak holiday periods or due to weather and carrier delays, which are beyond our control.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, package weight, and carrier rates.
From time to time, we offer free shipping promotions—please refer to banners or emails for current offers.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your shipment’s progress.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update after your package has been scanned by the carrier.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
Runway Refined is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect addresses, or unforeseen events once a package leaves our facility.
If your order appears lost or delayed, please contact USPS or UPS directly with your tracking number.
We’re happy to help you open a claim or investigate further if needed.
7. Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we ship within the United States only.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for high-value items that require signature confirmation.
8. Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@runwayrefined.com with photos of the packaging and item. We’ll assist in resolving the issue promptly.
9. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.
Runway Refined is not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
