Runway Refined (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is an independent online boutique offering new and pre-loved designer fashion for women and men. All items sold are sourced from trusted partners, verified resellers, and authorized suppliers.
By purchasing through our site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have parental consent.

2. Product Condition & Authenticity

We take great care to ensure all items listed are authentic and accurately described.
Each product includes detailed notes on condition (new, pre-loved, or near-mint).
Because many of our items are pre-owned, small signs of gentle wear may be present.
All designer trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are used strictly for identification and descriptive purposes.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.
Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Stripe via secure checkout.
By submitting payment, you authorize Runway Refined to charge the full amount at the time of purchase.

4. Shipping & Handling

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
We ship domestically within the United States using standard or expedited carriers.
Shipping fees, if applicable, are calculated at checkout and may vary based on weight and destination.
Tracking details will be provided once an order has shipped.
Runway Refined is not responsible for carrier delays, incorrect shipping information, or lost/stolen packages once in transit.

5. Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final unless otherwise stated.
Due to the nature of consignment and pre-loved fashion, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@runwayrefined.com with photos and your order number for review.
We reserve the right to determine eligibility for refunds or replacements on a case-by-case basis.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled prior to shipment by emailing us immediately. Once tracking information is issued or the order has entered fulfillment, cancellations cannot be accommodated.
We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized resale, or inventory discrepancies.

7. Pre-Owned Merchandise Disclaimer

Some items listed are pre-owned or previously rented (e.g., from Rent the Runway or similar sources).
These products are authenticated, inspected, and cleaned before resale.
Condition grades (“Like New,” “Excellent,” “Very Good,” etc.) are assigned based on internal quality standards.
By purchasing pre-loved merchandise, you acknowledge and accept minor variations in condition as part of the resale process.

8. Intellectual Property

All site content — including text, graphics, images, design elements, and branding — is the property of Runway Refined and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
